Matthew is a joint honours graduate in Law and Languages. He qualified in 1985 and has 25 years experience of specialising in receivables financing. Matthew advises on a wide range of issues relating to guarantees and indemnities, operational disputes, enforcement of facilities, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency and debt collection both domestic and international. Matthew was a Partner at the former niche factoring firm, Wilde and Partners before joining KSB Law in 2001. Matthew was a contributor to the 2nd edition of Salinger’s text book on Factoring. Matthew lectures extensively on industry related issues. He speaks French and German and has developed a network of European lawyers specialising in debt collection.
