Min studied Law at University College London and graduated in 1968. Between 1968 and 1974 he worked in the travel business. In 1974 he joined Kingsford Dorman of Lincoln’s Inn and was appointed partner in 1978.
Min specialises in Commercial Litigation in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. He is also a Privy Council practitioner. His other specialisations include Defamation and Newspaper Law, Judicial Review proceedings, and International Arbitrations. Recently he was appointed to supervise the closure of a personal injury department and recovered £7.2 million in fees over a period of 15 months. He has worked closely with Matthew and Declan for the last ten years in KSB Law LLP before they decided to open their own firm in 2007.
